Time-critical employment deadlines

Some employment claims have strict time limits — commonly three months minus one day from the event. If you think a deadline may be near, do not wait for the portal: contact Acas early conciliation on 0300 123 1100 as soon as possible, and tell us in your case so it is escalated.

What this service does not cover

• Emergency or same-day legal representation.
• Medical advice.
• Immigration advice beyond signposting.
• Matters already before a tribunal or court, unless Kelly has explicitly agreed to assist.

Patient safety

Patient safety concerns should also be raised through your organisation's Freedom to Speak Up Guardian or your usual incident-reporting route. Raising a case here does not replace those routes — but do tell us, as speaking-up cases are prioritised.
